Beauty Store Salon & Spa was founded in Austin, Texas in 1988. Since then we have been providing customers with a wide selection of beauty and lifestyle products at reasonable prices. We have an ever growing inventory of unique beauty items and gifts alike. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and product knowledge to exceed customer needs.

Return Policy 

At the Beauty Store, we want you to be 100 % satisfied with your purchase.  Our staff tries very hard to make the best product recommendations for your specific hair, skin, or nail issue, but sometimes things don't work out.  Because we constantly run promotions on several of our products, we ask that you hold onto your cash register receipt, until you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  If your purchase doesn't work out, our Return Policy is:

All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of original purchase. Must have the original itemized receipt. All sales are final on brushes, combs, hair accessories, cosmetics, protective masks, and nail polishes. All returns are subject to rewards points deductions. No cash refunds. No exceptions.

Low Price Guaranty

We try very hard to be very competitive in the marketplace with our everyday retail prices. Our promotions are a great way to save money on our best selling brands.   However if you find the same product for a lower price at another local retailer- we will gladly match that price and take off an additional 5%!
